Just Wondering

Why come when you reply on a question and hit the submit button,why dosent it take you back to the forum? Can this be done in my settings or is it a feature you guys control? I dont see why once you reply you cant be taken back to the forum

After you reply to a question, we show the discussion thread with your comment in it. One, it confirms that your comment actually got saved. Two, in very active forums or active discussions, other people may have posted between when you started writing and when you click post. This gives you an opportunity to catch up.

If you'd like to go back to the forum, click the link that says "Back to Forum" at the top. It's next to the "Post Question" button.

I'd probably develop a lisp or a speach impediment.
Or my computer would crash.

I've got 9 1/2 fingers, but only three of them know how to type.

Well its pointless for you if you are looking for spelling errors because you cant go back in and change it once its submitted

It's so I can proofread what I just submitted and see all the spelling errors I missed.

That, and to see if someone else snuck a post in while I was typing with three fingers.

All forums on the internet are set up that way.
