Link to community

By hovering my cursor on med help (near logout button) i used to get menu of my all communities and link to community forum. Now this feature is replaced. Is it a deliberate step or some mess up. Please do give details.

The changes are very user unfriendly and make navigation difficult.

Hi,

In an effort to clean up/redesign the site to be compatible with all devices, some changes were made last night which you may have noticed, including the “My Shortucuts” dropdown menu which is no longer accessible.  The best way to access your communities and groups, is via your profile.  Or, you can utilize another tab open in your browser for your profile page.

Your communities and groups are listed in your communities widget box.  Please keep in mind, the widget box location can easily be moved within your profile by “dragging/dropping” it to your favorite location.   We know many of you use Shortcuts often, but after accessing them this new way (via "profile"), we're confident this will become comfortable once you use it a few times

As you view the new dropdown menu, you'll also see less cluttered items, providing easy-to-find communities by condition, content , trackers, etc., in one central place. We've alerted our product team about the "watch list" and “new message”, which are two features many of you miss.

Thank you for all you do, helping our members. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.

Best,

Cheryl

Hi I closed my widgets and was able to get the Forum list to the top of the page.  If there is another way, please let me know when you have a chance.
If there is a page of instructions, I would really appreciate. I also figured out a way, I think, to keep the page on a separate tab, thanks for the idea.
Thank you
Dee

Hi Emily, are there any instructions?  I would like to have the communities/forums  I belong to at the top of my profile page.  I have been told I can move it around but don't know how. So..right now I have to go to profile cursor down to the forums and click on them, very time consuming.  I guess others are having problems as I can see the questions piling up.
I appreciate the information about keeping a tab open, I will have to find out how to do that.
Thank you again

Hi there -

We are sorry you aren't happy with the changes, and that we didn't offer any advanced notice or instructions.

We are tracking all the feedback and are passing it on to our developers. One thing you can do in the meantime is have a tab open with your profile page or home page, and then just open your communities and/or watch list in new tabs. I hope this helps.

Emily

Hi there, it seems everything changed over night.  Go to the bottom of your profile page and you communities will be there.

I was coming to complain about the new set up with no notice or instructions
