with the recent XMRV findings, I wonder if it would be possible to separate fibromyalgia and ME/CFS (the recommended term for chronic fatigue) into 2 different forums. There are different issues between the 2 disorders.

there is a lot of excitement recently, since the National Institute of Health has officially released their retrovirus findings. The name- CFS describes the syndrome of fatigue, while myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) describes the disease. Here is a user friendly, yet comprehensive, link with respected resources
At this time there is no retrovirus link discovered with fibromyalgia
