Medhelp.com web issues

Hello!  Late last week MH wouldn't accept stationary bike as exercise - wouldn't navigate to the part where you input time and vigorousness (is that a word??) and now many of the meals I have logged since March have been deleted.  That has goofed up all the calculations and goals and so forth.  Anyone else have this problem?  This diary has helped me lose 25 pounds in 3 months and I don't want to have to find another one!  Thanks

Hi again, Ann.

I'm going to forward this to our support folks, and let's make sure we have all bases covered -- would you also contact them via the app? To do this, tap on the app's "settings" icon.  Then tap "support" to send them an email.  (Please be sure to say "yes" when it asks if you want to send your data to us -- this helps our support team to capture your specifics.)  In your email, please be sure to get as specific as possible about what's not syncing, what's missing, etc.

Hope this gets resolved for you quickly, and i apologize for the inconvenience!

Hi Claire - I use both but enter information on my profile page on my laptop - then let the phone app update.  The info on the phone app is also whacky.  It isn't critical that I get the info back, I guess, but entering my time on the stationary bike and keeping track of meals really keeps me focused.  I also love that this calculates how close I am to my goal and so forth.  I want to be able to trust MedHelp to keep my information!

Thanks!

Hi, anndoe,

Are you using the phone app or just the tracker on your profile page?

(Congrats on the weight loss! :))
