Message Notification

We had a few changes with the last update and one of them was to eliminate message notifications. Yes, I would like all of the features back that were deleted such as the ability to enter our joined communities through the drop-down menu. But, the one I miss most is the message notifier. I have been late to respond to quite a few messages because I am not accustomed to checking my inbox several times a day and in the community I am most active in that can easily be a matter of keeping a member and losing a member. In the ASA community the new members are looking for quick answers and if they don't receive them they move on to the next site. This means I miss the opportunity to help someone and for me that is very important and also a big part of the reason as to why I am here. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

That is exactly what I mean. So glad it is coming back. And yes,  I get email notifications however my email has been screwed up for a year now and getting my mail is often tricky. There is not enough space here to tell you about that..lol

Thanks for your help!!

Hey IBK -

Are you referring to the indicator that says how many unread messages you have, like Inbox (2)? If you are, we are supposed to be adding that back, but I'm not sure when. I'll see if I can get an update for you.

If you mean something else, let me know.

Thanks,

Em
