No Email notifications

Hi Moderators,
For the past week,I don't get any notification on my private Email (I am using Yahoo ) showing that I have a message from friends on Med Help.I have to look over my "inbox" in our Community Forum to check for messages. This happened a few times before, but got fixed after a day or two,but not this time....
Can anyone please find out what's going on?
Thank you.

Thanks Emily,
It's all back to normal now.I think it was a problem with my Yahoo mail server.

Hi again Emily,
I tried what you advised me to do,but nothing works.
I am sure these notification problems I am having, come from Med Help.
I would really appreciate it if you could have this problem fixed.
Thanks.

Hi Zouzi,

If they are going into your spam folder in your email, then you can change that.  Depending on what email you use, you should be able to either right click on the name of the sender, and mark it as not spam, or do that near the top of the actual email.  You can search Help in your email.

You can also add "***@****" to your contact list to ensure they won't go to spam.

If you are getting them, but they are going to spam, that's a setting in your email.  If you aren't actually getting them, that's something with us and we can check that out.
