Well, it seems that time of seasons! lol.
It has been over a week and I have not received any Daily Update Email Notifications!
I have really been missing them but been so crazy busy/tired and just had a few mins to get to this page to sent out a notification about the issue!
Strange things started on Sept13th when I only got one (1) update in all the HepC new posts notices!!!
Hopefully things can be sorted soon,

I learned something - the site has apps. lol. It must be a HUGE job keeping up with such an enormous site with so many things possible… and such a helpful site for so many.
This did happen a few years ago, to a few members at the same time. Not sure why it happened or how it was solved.

Unfortunately it is not an app but resides under "Account settings".
Here is where my this all appears under my settings:

On that page is a check list and one says: Notify me by email regarding watch list changes with an option for how often one wants updates. I have Daily chosen. Thus the subject title "Daily Update" Email Notifications…
I have nearly every box checked on that page (except for commercial ads from MedHep). I am using the following email: frankj.***@****.
If there is any other info needed please let me know.

I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. It would be really helpful if you also could tap on Settings in the app, then Support, and send us an email. If you could say "yes" when it asks you to send data, we will be able to check things out from our end. If you need more specific instructions for your app on your device, just let us know, as these are general instructions.
This will allow us to capture your data, and what type of device you use the app on, and what version of the app you are having. If you could type in the email that you posted here, and a brief explanation of the issue, that would be great. If you have some specifics of what hasn't synced, that would be great, too.
We appreciate it, and apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
