Not getting my "MedHelp daily update"!?

For the past few days I noticed that I havent gotten my "MedHelp daily update" in my email. I checked the trash bin but nothing there.

I also checked the "My MedHelp" under the "Account Settings" and everything is correct there. I clicked the email addy and set the check boxes just to be double sure and all seems to be set correctly...

Anyone else having problems?

I am set to have daily updates to the HepC forums to my GMail account - if that matters.

Thanks for any info,
frank

I'm not getting any notifications at all either.  Haven't been for a while.  They aren't going to my spam folder either.

I went to settings, unchecked everything, then clicked save, then clicked everything again, then save again. Will see if this does anything.

Hey Peggy -

We aren't showing any difficulty here.  Can you check your Spam box or Junk mail and see if it's there?

Thanks!

Hi Emily,
I am having the same problem as "Frank J. Perrotta"
I only get notifications when I receive PMs on Med Help, but nothing in my Email.
This has been going on for about 2 weeks now and I hope that it will be fixed soon.
Thanks for your help and concern about this matter. :)
