PHR

It would be very helpful if the TEST RESULTS tab under PERSONAL HEALTH RECORD allowed us to input more information in the NOTES section.  A lot of times there is more information on the test results paper than this site was set up to accommodate.  I had to make three separate entries for one test that was done because there was not enough room to enter all of the radiologist's data.  Thank you for your consideration.

To track how often you use a rescue inhaler or nebulizer, try the Asthma Tracker. For tracking transfusions of platelets and other chemotherapy-related events, use the Chemotherapy Tracker.

While you are fixing the NOTES section to accommodate more text under TEST RESULTS, could you expand that to include any area in the PHR that allows us to input any additional data.  Could you also add a TREATMENTS tab?  This would be helpful for those with asthma to keep track of how often they have to use their rescue inhaler or nebulizer and would help people undergoing chemotherapy to keep track of the number of times they receive transfusions of platelets, PRBCs, etc.

Can you also fix the site to allow things under the TEST RESULTS and SURGERIES tabs to be sorted by Test/Surgery Type or Test/Surgery Date (Date of Service)?  It would make things so much easier when you discover that something didn't get input when it should have been.

Thank you,

Hi pedinurse,

Just to clarify...you're asking that the Notes section be able to accommodate more text? If so, this may be relatively easy to change. Please let us know.

Thanks,
