I'm trying to load all my photos from the app on my phone onto my profile but when I try and sync it only 3 pictures load up? Any one know how I do this?

Hi there -

I have some things you can try, and I apologize, as they aren't convenient at all.

This is a bug we have, so in order to save them all, you will have to do one of these things:

1) Download and install iExplorer app. Open up the I'm Expecting app, and within Documents, you can see all the photos. Then save/drag&drop to desktop

2) Take screenshots of all your photos in the app.

I have about 70 pictures in my app. I've been taking about four pics a week starting from week 9 of my pregnancy and I'm 27 weeks along! So I really don't want to loose my pics! They have not been saving to my camera roll. I tried taking pics one week from my camera and then uploading them to the app but they uploaded sideways and I couldn't rotate! :-( I have an iPhone 4.

What type of device are you using the app on - Android or iOS?

Hi Kris,

Check your photo stream/camera roll on your phone. The app should be saving the pics you take to your camera roll. One thing that may help is if you take a pic using your camera, and then upload it to the app as an existing pic.

I also see 3 pics for you, Kris. How many do you have in the app?

I'm having the exact same problem.  Is there a solution to this?  I need to update my phone but I'm scared I'll loose all my photos from my pregnancy!!  My photos are checked "Add to public gallery on MedHelp" and they are still not showing up!

Hi there -

On the pics that aren't appearing, do you have "Add to public gallery on MedHelp" checked or unchecked?  What do you have for the 3 that did sync?

How many pics aren't syncing?
