Pictures of human anatomy?

Hello, my name is Rena705 and I am mainly a member of the MS Forum.  I have recently been dealing with some really strange pains and such and I honestly don't know what the problem is.  I am thinking that it might be related to my bladder and thus possibly involving my kidneys.  I came here to see if there were any basic pictures of human anatomy and wondered why this wonderful website doesn't have one, or at least one that I could find.  

I would be very happy to see these pictures (drawings would be fine) that would show where in our bodies are the kidneys say.  I have a sharp pain in my flanks upon arising in the a.m. and am concerned that it could be my kidneys but am not sure where my kidneys are.  So you see my predicament?

I just thought that this could be helpful to others as well...just a suggestion!

I tried a search for kidneys, and then kidney disease - http://www.medhelp.org/medical-information/show/590/Kidney-disease  ;

In the Table of Contents, graphics is an option, so I clicked that.
