Posting Pictures

I have tried repeatedly to post additional pictures on my profile but have only had one to actually post - don't know that I did anything different on it but there it is. Would someone please advise me on this.
I Browse and find and select the picture, add a caption and then hit the upload button. All it does is erase the box showing the location of the picture.

Thanks for the flower! I was finally able to get some pictures posted by using Firefox browser. For some reason Internet Explorer 9 would not post. Google's Chrome didn't show the link buttons you have to click on to post. I haven't tried Opera yet - once I got it to work on Firefox I didn't try Opera.
This might be something that IT needs to know about to make sure the site works with Explorer 9.
