Psychosis missing from mood tracker

by Reaper1242, Aug 02, 2009 06:06AM
I have used this the mood tracker for about 2 months and I think it's very useful.  I use it for bipolar.

In my and many other bipolar's lives psychosis is a huge part of our lives.  I think it would be great if that could be added under symptoms.

Thanks for the suggestion. We'll add Psychosis to the list of symptoms for the mood tracker and let you know when it's available.

Thanks,
MedHelp

Thank you for responding.

It will help my pdoc and myself greatly.

Could you also add the medication Zyprexa to the list of treatments as this is the anti-psychotic I use.

Psychosis is manifested in a variety of ways delusions of grandeur are frequent ie. I am the son of good and have come to rescue mankind. Auditory and visual hallucinations are present in many cases. Restlessness sleeplessness increased libido are also common. Paranoia is frequently common people may self medicate with alcahol (alcohol) or drugs in attempt to rid themselves of demons. Religiosity is frequently a theme they may be preoccupied with. Many new and effective drugs are available.

I understand all that, suffered from psychosis for years.  I know all about the treatments.

If you read my post you'll see that I merely wanted psychosis in general added to the symptom list.  Since I'm using Zyprexa as a treatment I wanted that added to the list of treatments.
