Question about comfort level on Gastro Tracker

It is a scale from 0-10. Which is no discomfort, 0 or 10?

Great question. The help hover next to Comfort Level explains how to grade your comfort level, but here is the answer: 0 is very uncomfortable and 10 is extremely comfortable.
