Sleep Tracker: Problem Adding Times

Whenever I want to add sleep to a day, I am presented with a new window now. It has these sliding bars that I have to use to choose the times, but it doesn't let me click and drag them. I do not like having to click the little left and right arrows a hundred times to get to the time I'm searching for. An option to either click and drag the bars or to just type in the times would be appreciated. I really liked the old method compared to this.

Hi there -

Can we ask a favor?  The next time this happens, go directly to http://www.medhelp.org/account/info (do not open a new window or close the window you're in, just go to this link).

You can copy and paste the info and email it to the address given, or PM me.

Thanks!

Hi Emily,

Unfortunately that does not work either. It opens up the same little window, and the sliders buttons won't move when I try to click and drag them. :(

Hi there -

Can you go to your My MedHelp Home page, and click on Add under the Health Field, and see if the slide buttons work there?

Thanks, and let us know. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
