They highly recommend against it for security reasons. Version 21 is a beta version. Are other Firefox users having the same problem?
Thanks. That's a preview version, so it makes it really hard for us to check things. Is there a way you can try your tracker in version 20.0.1?

Can you tell me what version of FF you use? To find out, go to Help at the top of the Firefox window, then About.
If it doesn't say "up to date", can you update and try it?

Good Morning- I tried an experiment- I accessed MedHelp through Internet Explorer instead of Firefox and tried to enter data....clicked "add data", calender popped up- clicked date and a different box popped up-"My Health Feed". I was able to enter my readings but had to go to 3 seperate boxes to make each entry- time consuming?? Certainly not an improvement over over the old entry box.
I guess this suggests that it is a Firefox browser issue? Your thoughts?

Minutes ago I was able to enter readings through the update reminder email, once again...strange
Claire, this was a new way to get there but the stubborn grey screen still appears when trying the normal way, Bob

Is this a new development, Bob? I'm glad you were able to enter data even though it's not in the usual way, and I'll let our engineers know so that they can continue to investigate.

clicked Blood Tracker in email reminder and it went directly to the add data box and I successfully entered my data. Regular attempts on Home Page still result in grey screen.

Hi Emily- I have tried to send the following to "Contact us" but when clicking "submit", I get no reaction.
"Help! Hi, I have been unable to "add data" (BP) for quite awhile now. I have been talking to Emily and Claire in the community forum about this issue but have had no luck with a fix. When I click "add data" and the calender appears, as soon as I click the correct date, an unresponsive grey screen appears and I have to refresh to get back a regular screen. For a while, I was able to enter data by going through the tutorial prompts but now that results in the "grey screen also. I am hoping you can solve this soon. Thank you, Bob"
