Tech support forum

PLEASE, PLEASE make a tech support forum.  I get at least 2 or 3 messages a day, asking if there is a glitch (which recently there has been) in certain areas.  

I then have to track down my secret helper and copy the message to him.

I know people could use the Contact link, but they don't.  A tech support forum might be very helpful!

Hi,

Sorry for missing this. We have thought about this, but we use the Contact Us for a few reasons (and, trust me, people are using this). The main reason is, most of the time we need to email back and forth as we trouble shoot the issue. Starting this in a forum, and then trying to move to email would be a problem. Having a record of all of the emails, and issues, allows us to route the issue to the right people internally.

Agree that this would be helpful.  I know that right now my birthdate got erased and it doesn't show my year any more for me to put it back in.  With a forum you would likely get less messages as once someone saw their problem posted they would either add to it or wait for the solution.

Would that glitch happen to be the computer locking up?

I have been getting a frozen screen every once in a while which forces me to reboot my computer.

I know it sounds lame, but it isn't happening on other sites I go to. I've been meaning to ask about it.

A tech forum would be nice.  :o)
