When you watch a user's journal, you should get notified in your daily watchlist of any new journals that the user writes. This has nothing to do with their posts in communities and forums.

If you see the Green button, that usually means that you're not watching. You need to click the button to start watching. When you click it, it should change to a red button that says "Stop Watching". These represent actions you can take, not the current status.

Thanks,

Hi there -

Have you checked you My Home page?  The homepage watch should work, if it does not, an alternative is to turn off the watch by going to the discussion or forum
and turning it off (there will be a link in the upper right).  Try turning it on and off again to see if that helps, too.

If that doesn't work, let us know.
