It looks as though you are using the BP tracker, and we don't have an app for that. You can enter your BP into the tracker from your phone, though.
Follow these steps:
1 - Log in on your browser.
2 - Tap on the Trackers tab near the top of the screen.
3 - Tap +Add at the bottom right of your screen.
4 - Tap on the day you want to add data for (today, yesterday or pick a date).
5 - If Blood Pressure isn't immediately shown, tap on "all" on the right side, just under the date.
6 - On the mobile site, you can choose high, regular, low, or very low. If you'd like to enter the actual reading, tap on Full Site at the bottom of the screen, and it will take you to your trackers. You can then add data as you usually do on the site.
