how to delete

I have hundreds maybe thousands of items on my WATCH LIST.....they can only be deleted one at a time????
I spent half an hour already and only got thru maybe 10%
also some of the same posts are listed more than once and the delete button won't delete the same post twice...

PLEASE tell me there must be a way to check off and delete multiple posts and not need to do each individually.....
