my pregnancy app for android won't sync

I had the mypregnancy app on my old phone and when i signed in using medhelp, it synced all my old data and i can access it on your website. However, on my new phone, when i sign in, it does not pull any of the old data, such as my previous weights etc. Help?

I'm sorry you are having problems with the app.  

Is the app showing any info?  Are you able to see any weights at all?  Have you entered the same user name and password into the new phone?
