notes and private messages not going through

I still can't leave notes to most people but occasionaly can.  I still get kicked off the system but not as much as a few days ago.

Good thought, but those of us who can't leave notes right now can't leave them for ANYONE, while members not having the problem can leave them for the same people we can't.

Just a thought....may not even apply....but on our profile pages where we can "set" our privacy settings....we are given a choice of who can view, send or see our notes, photos, PM's, etc.  Since they can each be set differently, it's might just be that the "other" person's privacy settings are blocking something.
I'm suggesting this possibility in the timeframe of AFTER the recent notification by med help advising the IE problem has been fixed.  For me, I have had to re-look at my specifics on the privacy settings.....and others out there may have theirs set so that it causes a problem getting communication thru.  Don't know....just a thought~

Sorry, missed your post until I got my watched discussions update this morning.

I have tried to leave notes several different ways.

Some places (such as next to a name in my friends list, or in their notes widget on their profile page), when I click "leave a note" nothing at all happens.

Another way (near the top of someone's profile page, above the ad), when I click "leave a note" it takes me to the screen where I can type in the note, but when I click on "post note," nothing happens.

It's not a big problem, as long as I can still send and receive PMs (which are working fine!), but it does limit my ability to welcome new people, or a send a holiday greeting (Happy Valentines Day, etc.) to friends.

When this happens next time, can you click on this link - http://www.medhelp.org/account/info - and copy and paste the info into a PM to me, or email it to support at medhelp.org.

It's really important that you do not close your browser or MedHelp before clicking on the link.  It may be helpful to bookmark it, then just go to it just after having the issue.

How are you trying to leave notes for someone? There are a couple of different ways, and I wonder if you've tried them all and they aren't working.

In my case, I only discovered yesterday the problem of not being able to leave notes for people, so it has never been fixed for me.

I can leave comments on someone's status comments, I can send and receive PMs, and I  can receive notes--just can leave notes for others..

It seems like this is just an issue with IE10. If anyone is not using IE10, let us know.
