tracker suggestion

I would like to see a food tracker that would track foods & liquids consumed daily.  The purpose for this tracker would be to demonstrate: 1. "healthy" vs "unhealthy" eating habits; 2.  amount of calories & protein, carbohydrates, potassium, sugar, fiber, etc eatten daily; 3. goal vs actual
