unable to use

Since june I have been unable to add any data, to my trackers. I have a sleep tracker over two years old and am unable to keep it current. I have tried everything from clearing cache and turning off my AV or any ad blockers, in an incognito window, nothing changes I can access anything on the site but I can no longer interact with it

i was able to log on using a different computer & browser. Pretty sure I know now what the problem is from my end. However. Sad to say the way you folks have re worked the adding to the charts is a mess (for Me), compared to the old way. I can no longer enter exact time as the new slider rounds off to 5 minutes and instead of just typing in the info I have to jiggle the slider with my mouse and is hard to do with my setup and handicap. let alone voice control. You could have had both and given the user the option... I think I'll just look for another company that provides a sleep chart that works the way I want. We have, but are finding that it's harder to find a fix than we thought. I'm so sorry this is still happening. At the least, it's going to be a couple of more weeks, if not longer.

Thanks for all the details, jazzlover - I'll let our engineers know.  When you say you started over, do you mean that it worked once you refreshed the page, or that you had to re-enter your data since the beginning?

I went back to home page and started over. I then could enter data.  This is an intermit problem and It's occurred at my workplace on a Dell using a google browser and at home on my Mac using safari. Also the graph at the top is minus any information from April 2013 to present.

I am having the same problem. I can't add data and the chart above the data quit working also.  This is a real issue for me since my psychiatrist uses this chart information to help with my treatment.

I still cannot add data to my trackers (I can do most anything else) Yes we can set up a meeting. I am retired so alnost anytime is convenient

Hi there -

It looks as if you've been able to add some data - are things working for you now?

If they aren't, our engineers would like to set up some time with you to see if they can figure out what is happening. They would like to do a go to meeting, or a Google Hangout, or something similar to be able to see your computer, and walk you through some diagnostics. Would you be willing to do this?

sorry no luck. just for the fun of it I set up several other trackers. Those like weight trackers work fine where I just need to enter date, but none of the chart trackers work the pain tracker works when I click on an area, but sleep tracker nood, anciety or similar Won't work where it says enter data, I reload, refresh, even reboot the entire system but no luck sorry

What I am NOT getting are my daily reminders anymore. and since I cant update my chart, I should expect at least one of these a day. In fact in the past I got one a day regardless I updated tracker or not.

Are you referring to the actual tracker or the health feed on your home page?  

For the emails, you are getting notified of my replies to this thread, correct? What other emails are you not getting - reminders for your trackers?

As far as the E-mail issue I have recieved your replies but no other emails, I have you in my contact list but I have checked Spam folder just to make sure but nothing. As a side note before this started happening the little box at the top of the box where you can go back several months quit working properly as well. So say I wanted to go back to August of 2011 - I can do that but only a few months show up, the slider doesn't work like it used to. so now I have to re-load the browser to get to the present date and it will only take me back to Jan of whatever year I am in. I cant slide for instancte across a 2 year data field with out re loading the browser

Hi, sorry to say it still does not work. If I go to the chart and point to the date the pop-up box comes up saying click to add data. - Nothing happens. I tried older dates where there is data and I can't edit them either. last date I was able to enter was March 24th. I was in Hospital during the Month of April so did not use. When I came back the chart no longer worked. I just tried it again when I got your email and no luck. -Rand
