to monitor the days of taking extra supplements and medications. Levels/amount would be good too. My supplements, I was told to do them like work-outs so that there could be no chance for over supplying. I like your trackers because they keep a helpful reminder in my busy day to keep motivated.

Thanks for the suggestion. When you say you want to monitor your vitamin and supplements, do you want to be able to check off that you took a vitamin? Or do you want to monitor levels of vitamins you take? Does this fluctuate?

Also, on suggestion on some of the other trackers....If you can put option buttons or something like that so we could personalize it...My workout is specific to my life style or what I do for relaxations...I would allow us to make it ours..
