HI,  I don't know how old you are, but you are male. You were treated with a standerd pill for men with an enlarged prostate but there was no improvement.  I assume you eliminated caffeine drinks that can cause this. I also assume you are not overdrinking fluids to cause the frequency. If not, you sound like you have overactive bladder.  It is a common condition in men and women.  Urinary urgency is the cardinal symptom. Urgency to void causes frequency, often getting up at night to urinate, and maybe incontinence on the way to the bathroom. Your urine shows no infection, and your kidneys and bladder are normal by ultrasound.  Your Urologist needs to check to see that you empty your bladder after you urinate, then he can safely start a medication for overactive bladder and see how you respond. If you don't respond to at least 1 of 3 common medications for this you may need specialized studies to sort out the problem.   Good Luck
