HI, I'm not sure what the problem is. The sling procedure is a
commonCommon cold procedure with usually minimal complications. There are 2 ways to do the sling. The
incisionsIncision for abdominal laparoscopy
Incision for lung biopsy
Incision for pleural tissue biopsy
Incision for thyroid gland surgery can be made just above the
pubicPubic lice bone on the lower abdomen (transvaginal approach), or just next to the labia on each side (transobturator approach). There are possible complications including bleeding or damage to nerves in the area of the surgery. Usually these complications are temporary and resolve in a few days to weeks. Talk to your surgeon about the problem and you may need a consultation with a neurologist if the leg problems continue. Good Luck
