Doctor Help

The dermatologist that dx my daughter with IP has never seen it before and she is trying to refer us to another Ped. Dermatologist but her office is telling they cant find a doctor who is both a Peds. Dermatologist and that will take our insurance (FL Medicaid).  We have already been told she has total retinal detachment in her right eye and I would just love some answers about this DX.  Thank You so much.

I cannot help with insurance, but perhaps if you try called Florida Medicaid they could name Pediatric Dermatologists and also VERY IMPORTANT Pediatric Ophthalmologists who are in your area.

ip affects the hair, eyes, brain, skin, and teeth. also because your daughter was dx with this you can apply for social security disability to help pay for things as well. i hope that helps a little.
