Pigment loss

Hi I have recently had a tattoo removed with the laser treatment, although very effective I have been left with some pigment loss, I was told about the possibilities of this happening before my treatment.  My question is this is there anything pills, creams or possibly a treatment to get my pigment loss reduced or even back to normal.  As always I read all kinds of things on the Internet but Its very difficult to believe if its true or not.

Any help or advise is greatly appreciated
