STYE ON THE LOWER EYELID

I'VE HAD THIS "STYE" (SUPPOSELY) SINCE 1/10 AND IT HAS GONE DOWN ALOT BUT I STILL HAVE A SMALL BUMP ON THE LOWER EYELID AND SOMETIME WHEN I CRY IT INCREASES IN SIZE BUT GOES BACK DOWN.....MY QUESTION IS "IS THIS REALLY A STYE OR CAN IT BE SOMETHING ELSE AND HOW CAN I GET RID OF IT"?

This could be a stye or just a blocked tear duct, did you ever have this looked at?
