Thin line under my bottom lip

I've had this thin brown line under my bottom lip (on my chin) for around three years now.
My doctor first said it would disappear but it hasn't.
Does anyone know what i can do?

Oh wow I have the very same exact thing as you. Even the lighter color of skin between the lower lip and above the line. I'm a 21 year old male and I've had it since I was around 16. Mine's even more noticable then your's so it could be worse. Anyway, sorry I don't have a solution, but if I ever find one for myself, I'll be sure to let you know stranger XD
