Avatar_dr_f_tn
Hi,
How are you? Oral Candidiasis or thrush is a yeast infection of the mouth or throat area may be manged with antifungal medications- mouthwash or a pill. There are many antifungal medications available  but may need prescription from your doctor. Also, factors such as overall health, age, and severity of the infection are important considerations. If the infection persists despite the initial therapy, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper management. Stronger prescription medications or longer treatments may be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.
