12 Week HIV Negative but still Sick

Good day all,

Here's my original post that pretty much explains my exposures, symptoms and concern
http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---Prevention/Feeling-Hopless/show/2164093#post_10374511

Now I tested negative via blood test to HIV at 7 weeks post exposure. I also tested negative for Hep-B, Syhilis, Chlamydia and Herpes at the same time.

I then tested negative at 12 weeks for HIV via rapid test but I've had pretty much every symptoms and still have most of them going on 15 weeks now. I do understand my exposure should be pretty much no risk. I get that. But I still have the following symptoms daily:

-Lower abdomen pain or stomach pain. This started more as discomfort in the left lower abdomen, digestive issues....now it's actual pain with some heat. Seems to feel better after bowel movement.
- Discomfort in the left side of the throat for 3 months now
- White lines on side of tongue
- Feeling tired all the time
- Frequent urination
- Lost 25 pounds
- Cold chills/Hot body temperature
- On/Off sweats...lately I've had night sweats

I've also have fungus under my 2 big toe nails that showed up about a month ago, 2 bouts of cold sores on my mouth in the last 2 1/2 months and 2 bouts of red dots on penis head that came and went within a few days.

The only symptoms I haven't had are the fever (although I've had on/off hot head and hot body temperature but no actual fever), swollen lymph nodes and body rash (although I do have random spots on my skin that started to appear a few days after my exposure and are still present,,,a few by both my shoulders and smaller ones by my thighs near crotch area, but it doesn't seem to resemble anything like HIV rash)

Now I've lived with a permanent tension type headache that appeared one day 22 years ago for whatever reason. After several unsuccessful visits to the doctor trying to figure out what brought this on, I just learned to live with it. Pretty much the same time my chronic asthma and allergies appeared. I also have always had low platelets count for some reason, barely over 150.

The reason I'm bringing this up is that is it possible due to immune disorder that I have a weak immune system that cannot produce enough antibodies to show up on the tests?

It's hard to let this go and move on when you're dealing with daily symptoms. This has been going on for over 14 weeks now. What scares me is if I was positive over this situation, and that I had negative tests at 7 and 12 weeks and still experiencing symptoms after 12 weeks, I'd be afraid that my immune system wouldn't be able to cope well fighting this virus.

Should I test again? Also do rapid test detect both HIV 1 and 2 strains? Any chance some type of STD would cause these symptoms, either the ones I did at 7 weeks or some others that I didn't test for?

Also what about some other less know viruses like HTLV 1-2, HHV6, Candidiasis.

I'm having problems with my PCP who is a great doctor but not really an ID specialist and when I asked him to refer me to an ID specialist so that I can continue searching what is wrong with me, he kinda brushed me off saying my symptoms were due to stress and anxiety.

Now I've had protected sex with female CWS in the past and was never stressed out over the event. I do acknowledge that I am stressed out now DUE to the symptoms that I am living with on a daily basis...it's a reminder that something isn't right. I highly doubt that all my symptoms are from anxiety/stress....There has to be some type of virus/bacteria causing some or most of these.

Anyways, I apologise for the long post and any feedback is appreciated.
