Big lump

I have this big lump on my inner thigh, right by my bikini line. I got it a few days ago and its been getting larger day by day. its about the size of a quarter. it hurts when I walk and when anything touches it. should I be worried? im only 14 years old. do you think its anything serious? what do I do

I have no experience in this, but my mum had a lump there this year, and it started off like a spot, if it is the same thing? and it turned out to just be a little infection that needed some anti biotics, so nothing serious. Go get it checked out before it has a chance to get any bigger/more uncomfortable.
