Blood everywhere!!!!!

Okay, so I'm at the laundry mat (washer at home is broken) and I put my clothes in the dryer and go to a sink that is in the laundry mat to wash my hands. I look into the sink while washing my hands and notice small specks of blood. When I went to throw away my paper towel I noticed I ton of blood on top of the trash can on some paper towel. I throw my paper towel away and walk to the car full of anxiety. What if I touched some of that blood on accdent?! Should I go to the hosiptal?? I could have been infectious with an incurable diseases. What if blood was on the knob that I touched to turn the water on????? What should I di!!!!!!

What if there were hidden needles under the sink and one accidently poked me. And also I walked past a trash bags that was on the ground and noticed it and I felt a small tickle on the side of my foot, I don't remember touching the bag, but what if it the bag had a needle poking through it and it stabbed me. Would it have left a mark? I have some flats on

There are a thousand what ifs in the  the world. You can't live your life worrying all the time. Why would there be hidden needles under the sink? Why do you worry about these things? I think I would talk to a counselor about that. It is about 1/1000 chance of getting HIV from getting stuck from a dirty needle when you know that person has HIV. There no chance of getting it when the person doesn't have it . So life is a gamble. You have to realize that a lot of this is in your mind. So, the fear has a grip on you and you need to get rational and figure out how to deal with that. Okay?

Again if you had no cut on your hand you are okay. I think you OCD. You should probably see a counselor for your fears. It is just a suggestion.
