Have you had any doctor do a skin test such as scraping the skin where you get bitten and look at it under the microscope? There is a whole conversation on this called aaaahhh Bugs if you scroll down and look for it. At the bottom of that particular question some people have found some solutions to it. You may want to read through the ones towards the bottom. There are hundreds of post I think on that question.
Do you see any tracks or marks on the skin? It could be scabies or something like that? If not perhaps that question will help. If you can't find it I'll try to redirect you.
