I will try those thank you.
You can try what the other post says.
Also, if it is a fungus try the Lamilsil. Since other fungi are resistant to the other ones on the shelf. If that doesn't work I wonder if it is a staph infection. Try not to scratch as that will spread it. It might be some type of folliculitis. If so you would need to have it cultured or they may just treat it. Wash anything that came in contact with it. Don't scrub with wash rags only wash with hands and wash your hands after touching it. If it is a staph or a fungus it is easily spread around. If it is a staph they will give you oral antibiotics.
It could also be a dermatitis from an allergy to something. It may be good if you could get in to see a dermatologist.

I have something similar. I use two products:
1- A soap with a 5.5ph for sensitive skin. (lipikar SURGRAS)
2- A lipid replenishing body balm anti-irritation anti-scratching. (You could try LIPIKAR BAUME AP)
3-No using normal soaps or shampoo ever again.
That did it for me.
There is nothing that the doctors can see like "lice" or any bumps except when I scratch the skin gets red and some bumps form but nothing inside like acne. They go away when the redness goes away. What would I test for?
Also, is there a rash? If so any raised center?
thx,

It sounds like a yeast or a dermatophyte fungus. Or it could be lice? Do you see anything like that? The nits are about 1 mm in size and are usually attached to the pubic hair. If you have this you would have to get a treatment for them.
Fungi like to grow in moist areas. Have you tried the fungal creams? Most of them are made with fluconazole. If that didn't work you should get tested. If these didn't work some yeast are resistant to it. You can try Terbinafine (Lamisil) cream. This is usually used for athletes foot. But this is for the surface skin not inside the folds or in or near the vagina. So if this doesn't work you may need to see a doctor for this.
