Cronic pain and infections HELP.!!! please

Im Male 24 year old
Height: 1.74meters (5.70 ft)
Weight: 79kg (174.16 pound)
No alcohol, no smoke, just recreational marijuana use.
Residence: Baja California, Mexico.
Hi, I hope somebody can help me.
The reason why i'm here is because since a long time ago more than one year
The reason why I am here is because for over a year and half I have suffered from infections and pain in the body multiple chronic conditions.
The pain that I feel is so hard it can be sometimes in my back (lungs) like a muscle spasms. And sometimes I feel it in my Thoracic diaphragm like a electric shock along my body.
Chronic infections are more common like: tonsillitis, flu, allergies, and fever . Once a month at least.
A throat cultures shows Staphylococcus Aureus and Staphylococcus Agalactie.
I've been received treatment with some antibiotics and they work just for a little time and later every infection returns and a feel bad again
I've received treatment for Fibromyalgia for a time but it did not work good obviously I have no Fibromyalgia. This treatment fix nothing (Lyrica and Paxil - Paroxetine).
At the present due to constant infections my toinsils will be removed because they are so infected, I'm so tired nothing work and im always sick. Right now im a little depressed because is nothing that I can do. I losing bone mass and muscle mass.

Note:
According to my perception all started after receiving a heavy(really hard) hit in the area of my Thoracic diaphragm is the time when I've started to feel this kind of pain in my body and also starts all that infection I mention that to my Doctor and he realized a tomography In chest and abdomen but he said that there is no problem with that im so tired to feel like that and suffer all this.
