Hot head cold body

Hi, my head has been hot for maybe a little over an hour but my hands are freezing and I've goosebumps the whole time, when I stand I feel dizzy and like I'm walking on air (but not in a good way). My throat and ears also hurt and my head feels heavy and I'm really tired ( but my 8 month old son currently is recovering from pink eye and has just started teething a few days ago) I took my temperature and it's 100.8 which isn't super bad I know and I haven't taken any medicine yet (also because I'm still breastfeeding) but my mom suggested I take child's Tylenol or Motrin so it doesn't really affect him except make him sleepy ( which he's already sleeping so it might not be in my milk when he wakes up but at the same time it may help him with teething).

So far it sounds like a virus. Drink plenty of water and eat well if you can.  How long have you had it? Your ears may have a viral infection and making you dizzy. You can get a checkup to make sure everything is okay. But if you try to rest for a couple of days and it starts to go away then you should be fine. If it gets worse then I would go in. Most pink eye is viral. But, if there is goop in the eye and/ or if it swells then it is bacterial and should be treated with an antibiotic eye drop. So the doctor or eye doctor can check your sons eye. Every time you touch his eye you can spread it easily to yourself and others. It is very contagious. Those are my thoughts.
