How do I deal with Staphylococcus SPP

I had a test recently and Staphylococcus SPP was found in my semen moderately after 24hrs incubation. I've treated with Ciprofloxacin and Erythromycin respectively to no avail. It's killing my sperm count and am very worried. What can I do?

Some Staph sp. are not pathogenic (don't cause disease). The antibiotic even  though you may be finished or taking the antibiotic it affects what type of bacteria are on your skin and what gets into the urethra and also the intestines. It should go back to normal within a month or so. You can take probiotics for a month and that should help. Any brand that has live bacteria with something like lactobacillus sp. and other things like maybe Bifidobacteria will be fine. It will rebalance your normal bacteria and it should go back to normal. So one per day for a month should be enough. There is about 1-10 billion organisms per pill. the doctor didn't say it was Staph aureus or MRSA right? If not then it should fine.
