Is a 1190 Drop in WBC over 4 years cause for concern? 34 year old male

Looked over a medical report from 2013 and noticed that my WBC was 4260 at the time, just had blood work done where my WBC came to 3070. Although the recent test lists (3,000~8,900/mm3) as normal, the decrease caught my eye. Should I be worried?

Hi, if your WBC count is in the normal range it doesn't matter if it is higher or lower. No you shouldn't be worried. It varies all the time.

What was your HIV risk and how long ago did it occur?

Thank you for the follow-up question.
No specific HIV risk concern as I practice safe sex. Was mainly wondering if it's something I should get checked based solely on the numbers.
