Is this could be infection

Hey guys about two mounths ago i started getting red little dots around my pubic area with a white stuff in a middle and after i noticed them i started felling cold and dizzy couldnt sleep at night and now two mounths later well the rash dissapeared but i still get 24/7 dizziness like a dream state or it fells like my brain is infected with something also get ringing in my head and like my skin is more sensitive to anything and get some nail discolouration
So im vondering could like this rash i had can cause all of those symphtoms? I did general blood test nothing came up

I don't think your symptoms are related. You probably had a type of fungal infection like "gock" itch in the groin area and that went away. The ear issue could be an ear infection or clogged ear. You should see a doctor for that. Nail fungus is common and they can either give you anti fungal pills for it if they are yellowish nails or the doctor can take a look and see what it is by the color.

Also on the top of that i usually get extreme fatigue
