Hi,
How are you? Toxoplasmosis may indeed return  after treatment. The infection may also spread throughout the body and becomes deadly in people with a weakened immune system.  Cases of recurrent toxoplasmosis have been documented and hypothetically,  it is a latent infection which can be activated by other diseases and by immunodepression. Hope this helps. Take care and regards.
