diagnosed with cmv, does that mean hiv possibly also? I'm terrified.

Hi, I'm 24 years old, very healthy, and I was just diagnosed with CMV. After having been extremely sick for 2 weeks with a high fever, night sweats, body aches, and a swollen abdomen. I'm still very sick actually. After reading up on cmv it seems to affect mostly hiv positive people to the degree I am experiencing. Which terrifies me beyond words. The doctor ordered an hiv test as well but I won't know the results for a while. Anyone have cmv without hiv? How often does that occur? I'm so scared.
