I have joint and muscles that ache especially on my booth knees. I also suffer from extreme fatigue sometimes and also realized that I have flu like symptoms the whole year round. This has last for over 1 year and have gone through numerous medical test but the doctors can't diagnose exactly what is wrong with me. Please anybody help me with advice. Hi, well I made sense of the tests despite them being in French. Yes they are all normal except for the CRP which is a test for inflammation and it is non-specific so it doesn't mean a lot by itself.

The doctor was just doing an overall check on the blood clotting (fibrinogen), CPK and CKMB (heart), RA and CRP(checks for arthritis, Antistreptolysin O looks for Strep throat antigen, and uric acid looks for kidney function.

Where do you live? Which country or if in the US which state?
Do you know if you have been recently bitten by any ticks? Been hiking in mountains or fields? Do you have pets that have fleas or ticks?
Do you get thirsty often or dizzy?

I guess you could also get tested for Hepatitis A, B and C. Also, get a liver function test, a test for Lymes disease by starting with an ELISA test and get a TSH test for your thyroid and even though most people have Epstein Barr virus you could have them do the type of test that has Early antigen, Nuclear antigen and Viral Capsid antigen or VCA (IgM an IgG). If you want to do more tests if those are negative you could do some tests for autoimmune diseases. So I would start with those.

4) FACTEUR RHUMATOIDE

5) Proteine Reactive ( CRP)...........Positive (12mg/ l)

6) ALSO .......................................Negative

my doctor says all the test seems normal. please if you can recommend me any test to do I will do this, as I am terribly depressed about my condition. this has disturbed me alot in my studies.

Most of the sites here have no doctors but I am a microbiologist and can suggest some possibilities.

Have you ruled out Lymes disease, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Lupus, MS?  Most people are positive as an adult for Epstein Barr virus but some get chronic fatigue from it or really it is Human Herpes virus type 6. Have you been tested for EBV? What about Hepatitis? Regarding Lymes disease only 50% of people get the target rash. Also, a lot of people don't know they have been bitten by a tick. The test used by most labs comes out negative because it is not as sensitive as that used by a laboratory called IgeneX. So if you want to get tested for Lyme I would suggest getting your labs sent there.

So these are some of the possibilities with your symptoms. Also, other autoimmune diseases and other possible viruses. I don't know what you have been tested for so I can't determine what to rule out. Let me know if you want to discuss any of these ideas. Or if you want to share your test results etc.
