Hi,
How are you? There is no specific treatment  for Hepatitis A. It can be acquired through contact with the virus which can be found in the stool and blood of an infected person. Rest, avoidance of alcohol and any substances that are toxic to the liver are recommended. The virus does not remain in the body after the infection has gone away. Recovery is complete within 3 to 6  months. Hope this helps. Take care and do keep us posted.
