are some one have any parasitice disease ? and what to be done for curing?

I am fine thank you for responce.
The present symptom are diarrhea and very low appetite.no fever ,no blood in the stool. his last laparoscope and endoscope by my GI specialist show many ULCERS and EROSION in whole digestive tract (before 2 years these ulcers only in the ILEUM). Tissue tests indicate an infectious disease but not specified!!! (No IBD nor INTESTINAL TB) .So all we need is a good Lab. targeting Fungus and parasites after excluding IBD and TB. In colorado hospitals there is no Lap. having tests or detect Tropical parasites  that widespread in Africa. Please let me know your opinion in this matter.
