There is no cure for pulmonary fibrosis and treatment aims at symptomatic management and avoiding complications to occur. Pulmonary Fibrosis patients may need supplemental oxygen support during activity or sleep, but patients most often benefit from a continuous oxygen delivery system that provides consistent oxygen saturation levels when in use. Only your pulmonary doctor can help you determine the appropriate amount of supplemental oxygen which may be necessary to support your needs. Normal oxygen saturation in human body should be on an average above 85-90%.Do visit your doctor for more assistance. Keep me posted.
