recurrent strep/sore throat URGENT! Please help! I feel like im dying :[

Hey im Ray and I'm 14. I keep getting these sore throats. I had strep a lot when I was younger (4 years ago) so they took out my tonsils. I would get it up to 17 times in a 9 month period. They said that I wouldn't get strep anymore, but I still get it ALL the time. At least 6 times a year. Ive got a fever and a sore throat right now and it hurts really bad. My moms all weird and obsessed with my health (ugh) and I don't want to tell her about this unless its something serious.
My throat is red and swollen, and theres white spots on the sides where my tonsils used to be. I actually think its bleeding a little bit too. If theres nothing the doctor can do to keep me from getting strep then i just wont bother going back. maybe i can get immunity or something.
My sister Raina just told me that it was a partial tonsillectomy if that means anything idk if it does.

To avoid recurrent inf ,avoid crowd  and take good diet to increase immunity .

Hi Ray, I am a mother of two boys and I understand how mothers can obsess about their childrens health, but you need to tell your mom.  I don't want to scare you too much, but strep and other infectious diseases can cause serious problems if left untreated even heart problems.   Please tell your mom to get another physician if your current one cannot get to the bottom of the problem.  I would suggest an infectious disease specialist.  You probably will have to go on antibiotics. Taking a good probiotic like Culturelle is also a good idea while you are on antibioticsto prevent infections as the antibiotics kill both bad and good bacteria in your intestines.  If I were you, I would also start gargling with warm salt water 3x a day until you are well  (4oz of water with a tsp. or so of salt).   Good luck to you.

I have been having throat issue to and I'm 16. I've been beefing this dry mouth feeling in my throat and feels like something is cloagging up my throat. It's is also hard for me to do breathe. It probably could be an nfection Ray
