Yes the stool parasite test is a good idea and also a stool culture if you can.
Stress does increase your cortisol. Increased cortisol causes weight gain as well. Also, inflammation, arthritis, steroid use can increase cortisol. Cushings syndrome as well. Also, a problem with the pituitary. You could get that checked. There is a blood test called ACTH you can see if that is abnormal. and a scan of the brain if the doctor things the pituitary is a problem.

My doctor said not to worry about the T3 and T4 results it is the TSH that is the main thing that regulates the T3. So as long as your TSH is in normal range I wouldn't worry about that.

Ya I have gone through your previous posts ...sure I will have those tests and I will get back to you.
I will definitely take stool test becoz I am having some anal leakage. I dint had it before.
I have rapidly increased my weight. And doctor has examined my body and he said that he is doubtful on cushing syndrome.
Does more amount of cortisol is released becoz of stress?
And what about my thyroid test please tell me madam one of the consulted doctor's said that it is hypothyroid by seeing those results.
Am very afraid.
And now am on multivitamin tablets.

Okay. So did you have a stool test for Ova and parasites done yet? If so you should probably get that done. See my last two posts. Did you get the ultrasound of the kidneys? See the other questions and information.
thanks,

Did you ever get your kidney ultra sound done? Also, did you test for pancreas (blood test for Amylase and Iipase). Do you always have diarrhea every day? do you always have mucus in the stool? THe diarrhea would make you lose weight.

The stomach pain/belching could be an ulcer. This is usually caused by a bacteria called Helicobacter pylori. If you can get tested for it the "gold standard" is called the Urea breath test. If they have one try to get that. You have to be fasting and not taking antacides for a couple of weeks before. If you decide to get it you can ask them what their requirements are and I can help some too. If you are positive I''ll let you know more about the treatment. It is basically two particular antibiotics and one proton pump inhibitor called a PPI. That helps kill the bacteria and heal the erosion if you have it.

The dizziness, tinniness and muscle twitching may be because of the diarrhea due to water loss. You need to be sure to drink 8 glasses of water and/or tea or other drinks a day. At least 5 of water and the rest other things. Eating things with potassium such as a banana or Yams or sweet potatoes anything that has some potassium.

You may want to see a doctor to get your heart checked since your pulse is fast and out of breath. They can do a EKG and if that is normal get a 24 hour monitor. The monitor will check the rhythm over a 24 hour period. They tape it to you. You could be out of breath if you are out of shape/overweight and not getting enough exercise. Have you had your metabolic panel checked for sodium/potassium chloride and co2?

Let me know the answers to these questions and see the last post.
thanks,
mkh9

I had been waiting for the other tests to come back. Did you get your results? I don't think you have that Chinese HIV like virus.  I had my tooth worked on yesterday and had to sleep a lot that is why I haven't responded.  Have you had an ova and parasite stool test done? Also, a regular stool culture test for fecal pathogens? Were you bitten by any mosquitos or flies  before this? You can also get check for RA (Rheumatoid arthritis).  Did you have any sexual encounter that was unprotected and with someone risky?

Hair loss is probably just hormonal. Maybe low testosterone. You might want to check into that. And pituitary hormones. Your Vitamin D level too.
I will write back in a little while.

The TSH is the main one to look at even though the T3 is a bit low.  My doctor says that the TSH regulates the T3 and T4 even though some people argue about that. So if the TSH is in range it is okay.

Your lab work all looks great so far. You could get the ultrasound because of the swelling on the legs. Just to make sure your kidney and liver function are good. But your lab work (Bun and Creatinine) show good kidney function. But the ultrasound would look for structural problems. Not sure you may ask the doctor about that. Waiting for the other tests to come back.
take care,

I will ask you more questions later. But have you been tested for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and Trichomonas? If not you should if you were exposed to not protected sex (oral or genital).Trichomonas  can give you symptoms like you mentioned with the fishy smell.

So the symptoms that are not there I wouldn't worry about. They sound like a flu virus. The white tongue is just bacteria and is normal. I have that too and have to scrape it off a few times a day

The leg swelling or edema may be due to either a kidney problem or liver. So you should maybe get a gallbladder, liver kidney ultrasound and see if you have any kidney problems. The quantitative nephlemetry that you are having done may tell something about the kidney function though. So you may ask the doctor if that will tell enough about the swelling in the legs.

Do you get the blood in the nose once in a while or often? Is your blood pressure high? That could do it. If you haven't tested your blood pressure you should the doctor about that. Are you on any medications that thin the blood? If not you should tell the doctor about the blood in the nose.

Lets see what your chest Xray shows. I wonder about the low grade fever. If you could have TB? Maybe you should see if they can do a quantiferon gold TB test if they have one there.
